Sir Howard Hugh Panter (born 25 May 1949) is a multi-award winning British theatre impresario and theatre operator. He is a founder, co-owner, joint chief executive and creative director of the Ambassador Theatre Group Ltd. (ATG) (whose subsidiary companies include Sonia Friedman Productions and First Family Entertainment), and Chairman of Rambert Dance Company. His first unpaid "show biz" job was as impresario and stage manager for the group the Norsemen in Iwerne Minster, Dorset. One of his first jobs was as a Technician with the London Contemporary Dance Theatre.
